Adrienne D. Hughes is a global business strategy executive, leadership mentor, and the visionary behind Heartprint™—a purpose-driven organization committed to helping leaders live and lead with integrity, clarity, and impact.

With more than two decades of experience across the U.S., U.K., and U.A.E., Adrienne has led global financial institutions, built award-winning client experience teams, and inspired transformational growth across continents. She is known for cultivating exceptional standards of care, innovation, and collaboration.
 

Career Overview

Throughout her career, Adrienne has been honored with prestigious awards including the Chairman’s Circle Award, Chicago United Business Leader of Color, and multiple Global Diversity and Inclusion Awards. Her leadership has extended far beyond corporate strategy—she has chaired executive diversity councils, spearheaded intergenerational leadership programs, and mentored emerging talent across multiple industries and demographics.

 

But at her core, Adrienne believes that true success isn’t just about what you do—it’s about who you touch along the way. That belief inspired the creation of Heartprint.

Corporate and Entrepreneurial Work

In addition to her corporate and entrepreneurial work, Adrienne actively serves on the board of After School Matters and supports community-building efforts focused on youth, women, and people of color.

She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband and three sons—her greatest heart prints of all.
